DeWitt Clinton High School
DeWitt Clinton High School is a public high school located since 1929 in the Bronx borough of New York City. Opened in 1897 in Lower Manhattan as an all-boys school, it maintained that status for 86 years before becoming co-ed in 1983. From its original building on West 13th Street in Manhattan, it moved in 1906 to a new location at 59th Street and Tenth Avenue (now Haaren Hall at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice). In 1929, the school moved to its present home on Mosholu Parkway in the Bronx, which more recently has been across from the renowned Bronx High School of Science. History 1806 Union Academy, a state-sponsored institution, was chartered for Anderson County. 1820s Union Academy began operations. East Clinton Local High School is a public high school in Sabina, Ohio in the United States. It is the only high school in the East Clinton Local School District. The district was formed in 1966 from two districts of New Kenton Local Schools (formed the year before by combining Simon Kenton Local Schools and New Vienna Local Schools) and Sabina Local Schools. Clinton-Massie High School is a public high school near Clarksville, Ohio in the United States, the only high school in the Clinton-Massie local school district. It was named for the county and township it was first located in when it originated as a consolidated school and assumed responsibility for the enrollment of four former schools: Adams Township, North Kingman, Clarksville (all in Clinton County) and Harveysburg (in Warren County).
